John W. Pilkington
Since 2011, individuals and businesses have counted on Mr. Pilkington to represent them across a range of legal issues. Mr. Pilkington spent the first decade of his career maintaining a practice in his home state of Iowa, representing clients across a broad range of legal fields including civil litigation, estate planning, business law, real estate law, tax law, and criminal defense. Mr. Pilkington was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 2022 and his practice now focuses primarily on civil and commercial litigation.
Mr. Pilkington served as City Attorney to multiple municipalities representing them in litigation and providing legal advice as to compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Mr. Pilkington is a strong advocate in the courtroom and successfully navigates complex transactions, carefully analyzing each matter he works on to ensure that the most efficient and effective means to achieve the client’s goals are taken.
